Aglaë Kinsky is a Vienna-based abstract artist whose work explores colour, texture, and form through an intuitive, process-led practice.

Rather than beginning with a fixed idea, each painting evolves through layers of colour, mark-making, and experimentation, responding to instinct, emotion, and lived experience. Her work embraces uncertainty, allowing compositions to emerge slowly and organically over time. Rich surfaces, expressive gestures, and tactile materials are central to her practice, creating paintings that invite quiet reflection and personal interpretation.

Alongside her painting practice, Aglaë enjoys exploring other tactile mediums including paper, leather, and embroidery. Whether working with canvas, thread, or handmade objects, she is drawn to materials that invite touch and age beautifully over time. While each medium offers a different way of making, they all share the same intuitive approach, appreciation for craftsmanship, and fascination with texture, process, and the quiet beauty of things made by hand.

She lives and works in Vienna, where all of her work is created in her studio. She welcomes commissions, collaborations, and conversations.
